Returns

Returns may be made within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Please note that all customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to Halley Accessories and for ensuring its reception. It is highly recommended to track the returned product/s.

To be eligible for a return, your item must arrive within 30 calendar days, be unused, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Upon arrival, products will pass a quality check, if everything is as previously described, your request will be processed and a notification will be sent to the client.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the reception. Refunds will be reimbursed to the original form of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, they will be deducted from your refund.
